This policy explains how Eric Peel Music handles information when you browse this website, buy music, or contact us.
Information we collect
When you start an order, we collect your name, email address, and the pieces you select. Our store keeps order details, prices, payment status and transaction references, download access settings and counts, and records of delivery emails. An order may be saved even if payment is not completed. You do not need a customer account to buy music.
When you contact us, subscribe to our mailing list, or submit a performance or video, we receive the information you provide in that form. This may include contact details, your school or organization, location, and your message or submission.
Our hosting and service providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and website requests to operate and protect their services.
Payments
Card information is entered into Stripe's secure payment fields and sent directly to Stripe. PayPal payments are approved through PayPal. Our store does not store your full card number, card security code, or PayPal password. We receive payment confirmations and transaction references so we can fulfill orders and handle support, refunds, and disputes.

How we use information
We use order information to process purchases, provide download access, send receipts and download links, answer questions, and maintain transaction records. We also use information to investigate failed payments, delivery problems, suspected misuse, and disputes.
Our store sends a combined receipt and download email after payment is confirmed. We may send additional messages when needed to help with your order. When you buy a piece or sign up separately, we subscribe your email address to our mailing list for news, new releases, and other updates from Eric Peel Music. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time through our contact page. Unsubscribing from the mailing list does not stop receipts, download links, or support messages related to your orders.
Storage and service providers
Order and delivery records are stored on our hosting server and may also be included in backups. We use hosting and email providers to run the website and deliver messages; these providers process the information needed for those services. Payment providers maintain their own transaction records. Records of purchases made through an earlier checkout service may also remain with the providers used at that time.
We do not sell customer names, email addresses, or order records. We disclose information as needed to provide these services, respond to lawful requests, or protect against fraud and misuse.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
The store uses cookies to maintain your cart and checkout session. Browser storage remembers whether you prefer card or PayPal and helps keep cart displays in sync. This preference does not save your card details or PayPal password. You can clear cookies and website storage in your browser, although doing so may reset your cart and preferences.
The public website uses Google Analytics to understand website use. Embedded content, such as videos, may also send information to its provider when loaded or used. Google describes its practices in its Privacy Policy.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS, restricted access to store records, and a password-protected administration area. No website, storage system, or email service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep order and delivery records for order support, accounting, and resolving disputes. A download link expiring does not automatically delete the associated order records. Backup copies and records held by payment or email providers may remain after changes to the store's records.
Your questions and choices
Use our contact page to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Include the email address used for your order and, if available, the order number. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Requests concerning information held independently by Stripe, PayPal, or another provider can also be directed to that provider.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.
